Meet the Team

Marissa

Founder/Owner Marissa has always had a passion for babies from a very young age. The idea of Nurturing Newborns and Infant Care came to fruition when Marissa was working with high profile athletic families providing in-home newborn care and traveling along side with their premature and sometimes medically fragile babies. "There was such a need for the service for 24 hour care for these families that it sparked the idea of launching a company!” We are comprised of everything from RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s to Newborn Care Specialists as well as Postpartum Doulas. We can assist in caring for premature babies, medically complex infants, babies with reflux, perfectly healthy newborns, multiples, families interested in sleep training/shaping, overnight sleep relief, and lactation support. Nurturing Newborns and Infant Care is truly about supporting the family unit and embracing the new addition to the home. We strive to be an extension of the mother and a bring peace and calmness to the home.
